Delekit

Delekit is a check-in app that can track your delegates in real-time throughout an event. Using NFC, a more recent version of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology, delegates can be given either a printed or non-printed RFID badge (the size of a credit card) which would usually clip to a lanyard. We can also provide custom designed wristbands.

As delegates move around an event their badge can be scanned in at certain points. For example

On and off coaches

Into meeting rooms / breakouts / large halls

Into Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner

At sponsor stands

The data collected during an event can be viewed online and exported into a report form. Delekit ensures accurate check-ins and gives you the ability to see how your delegates engaged with the event.
