The Application is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except in the event of force majeure or the occurrence of an event beyond DELI's control and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the Application. .

The software version of the Application may be updated from time to time to add new functions and services.
