Denarius SMEs is an application of mobile workforce to automate order taking field marketers (commercial field). It is divided into two components and an Administrative Web App. Mobile.

In the Mobile App you can find the following modules:

.- Customers: In this module you can see all of your customer information such as name, client code, sales area, phone numbers, tax information, e-mail (important for automatic notifications), outstanding balances and their associated document.

.- Products: In this module you can view your product lines, codes and names of the associated products, and details of unit sales, inventory, list price (two price list), selling price according to the associated list .

.- Order: You can create an order to a customer, for different product lines, see the available inventory items, the payment terms associated with the customer, placing absolute or percentage discounts, the possibility of placing the electronic signature, besides having the location where the document is generated.

All orders generated from the mobile device are sent to the administrative Web.

App. Mobile can run without signal and data signal to detect sends the order, you can also work in airplane mode.

SMEs penny Administrative Web is used by the owner of the company and its vendors.

In the administrative Web you can have your management center and remote control, where you will see all orders from vendors, in addition to a module of indicators that can be customized.

To activate your company must set up and loaded into the Administrative Web all your business data and documents that need to be synchronized with the devices of their vendors. Information may individually or upload files using "excel" for your bulk upload.

Among the information that can be added we are:

.- Type of currency. The currency is the currency in which your organization operates and you receive orders. Example Dollars (USD), Euros (€), Bolivar (BF).

.- Distribution channel. It is the circuit through which the manufacturers provide consumer products. The most used are retailers, retail, wholesale. You can leave a channel "only" distribution, if not separation has distribution channels.
