The DEVAL APP, for your electricity supplies connected to the DEVAL network in the Aosta Valley, offers you the possibility to:

✓ receive notice in the event of planned power outages;

✓ view information on the use of the electronic meter;

✓ consult frequently asked questions on electricity supplies;

✓ access links for documents on the DEVAL website.

The following sections are available:

"View operator code" section

A DEVAL operator who works on your supply has a unique code relating to the activity in progress: the APP allows you to view that code, so that you can ask the operator for it as recognition and be sure that it is not an attacker.

"Report a fault" section

By following simple instructions, you can understand if the problem is due to your electrical system or to the DEVAL network: in the latter case, the APP allows you to automatically start the telephone call to the Failure Reporting System.

"Historical interventions" section

View the history of your phone calls to the DEVAL Failure Reporting System.
