DHQI Video Voicer

DHQI Video voicer is an app that creates voice overs (wav files) that you can place in your videos when you create them in a video editor and also speaks text for Android developers through the Google TTS without being obligated to create a wav file.

This app is intented for:

* All users that wish to create videos with well spoken language voice overs

* Programmers of Android that want to hear how the text is spoken from the TTS of the phone to place it in their applications.

DHQI Video Voicer is a hybrid application which consists of a desktop part (available in Windows, Linux and Mac) and the android part which is used for creating the voiceovers. The two applications are communicating in the local network through your router. The Android app acts as a server in which the desktop application that the user uses in the local network (WLAN) connects and sends text to it. The android app uses this text to speak it in order for the user to hear how it is heard or create a wav and send it back to the dekstop application to save it in the hard disk.
