Dictlocker is an innovative application which is intended to help users to learn new words in foreign languages fast and not to forget the learned ones. It can be useful for any foreign language learner as the user can form, change or delete the list of words according to his/her own wish. Besides, these formed lists can be shared to other users and can be downloaded from the Internet site without quitting the application. The interface of the application is regarded as changeable which enables it to work in various langugaes.
