Dieteclic is a free app to track your diet. It is intended for both the public and health professionals. It is the only application gathering information on several pathologies, but it also concerns pregnancy or control of its weight.

Are available for the moment:

Pregnancy: the diet of the pregnant woman, what are the prohibitions and the risks of certain foods, the feeding of the nursing or bottle-feeding woman, the diversification of food.

Weight gain: the basic tips for losing weight and keeping it, knowing how to read a label, physical activity, how a professional can help you ...

There are 3 columns each with its specificity:

The 1st column contains more than 1700 foods: it comes from Ciqual put online by ANSES (Agency of Sanitary Safety of Food). You will be able to consult all the nutritional composition of the raw foods (meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, legumes ...) or transformed (prepared meals industrial or at home ...), even the modes of cooking are taken into account!

The compositions of the prepared dishes are averages, no marks cited to remain independent (except for flat waters to differentiate them).

When you choose one or more pathologies, for example diabetes and hypertension, you will be able to immediately see by color code if a food is too sweet and / or too salty. For pregnancy, forbidden foods appear in red.

The 2nd column contains the indexes and the blood glucose loads of the food. Consult the infosheets to know their usefulness to control their diabetes or their weight. More than 800 foods are rated! They come from the University of Sydney.

The third column is online Nutriscore®, we put them online as soon as several products from different brands have published their listing. An info sheet is available to explain its usefulness. It is in this column that we can find marks.

For information: the Nutriscore® grade depends on the precise composition of the product. However, the content of fruits, vegetables and fibers is not indicated in a label. We only publish validated quotes.

As the list of foods is substantial, we advise you to search by name, category, or in writing or by voice. Pre-selections by categories are also there to help you.

When the food is found you can put it in your favorites.

With Dieteclic, you can also create meals and see the average of these according to the chosen criteria. A guest health professional will be able to view your results if you wish.

In the Info section, you will be able to perfect your knowledge in nutrition: what is a lipid, a carbohydrate, a sugar and all the associated names, how to read a label, .etc ...

All our sheets are developed according to the official recommendations (High Authority of Health, ANSES, Public Health France) and reread by health professionals. Attention, this does not replace a consultation with a doctor, a specialist or a dietitian!
