Digit Span Trainer

Digit Span Trainer helps you practice attention and working memory with fast, focused exercises based on the classic digit-span task.

Choose your mode:

• Forward: repeat digits in the same order

• Backward: repeat digits in reverse order

• Sequencing: reorder digits from lowest to highest

Train visually or audio-only:

• Visual mode shows each digit on screen

• Audio mode plays the digits aloud so you can train without looking at the sequence

• Answer with the keypad and use backspace to fix typos

• Span length adapts to your performance to keep practice at the right difficulty

Training Journey:

A separate adaptive track for each direction. Hit your goal span and you advance one digit; miss a few in a row and you drop back. Your journey span persists between sessions.
