Digital Health ID Card pmjay is a flagship scheme of Government of India to provide cashless secondary and tertiary care treatment from the empanelled public and private hospitals providing coverage to more than 10 crore poor and vulnerable beneficiary families. Digital Health ID App lets you quickly lookup doctor's chamber dates in your locality save your records, history, and information to be readily available at your fingertips.

One can get a health ID by self-registration on the portal or by downloading the Digital Health ID app on one’s mobile. Additionally, one can also request the creation of a health ID at a participating health facility, which may include government or private hospitals, community health centres, and wellness centres of the government across India.
