The watch face does not automatically measure hearth rate.

If you want to view your heart rate data you will need to take a manual measurement. To do this, tap on the heart rate area, wait a 5-10 seconds and the watch face will take a measurement and display the current result.

of your choice. Hold tap on the screen,

customise, choose the complication menu. Not all apps work in the custom apps feature.)
