It's an application used by both the customer and the shipping company's consignor. The consignor interface allows the app to complete tasks assigned to them by the shipping company, such as delivering shipments or assigning them the appropriate status. The customer interface allows the app to add shipments, track their shipments, their status, and their route, as well as monitor their balances and accounts.
