The vast majority of emails are answered within 4 working hours. Any emails sent after we are closed are priority from 9am the following morning and we aim to answer these within the first hour Tue-Fri and the first two hours on Mondays and Saturdays. The maximum timescale you can expect to wait is 24 working hours.
