dish Creative Cuisine is located in the Uptown Design District in the historic mid-century modern Twist Building at 1107 North Palm Canyon at Tachevah.

We create new and exciting contemporary/modern American cuisine, with an emphasis and focus on flavor. We use exceptional ingredients including using the best available local and organic products when available. Of primary importance to us is the dining experience of our guests. Our intimate dining room encourages the enjoyment of our modern cuisine, conversation and connection. We believe that food should nurture not only the body, but also the mind and spirit as well.
