DLR Moving Lab

The DLR MovingLab provides a modern survey method based on mobile devices for questions in mobility and transport research. With the MovingLab, data on people's mobility behavior as well as data on vehicle use can be collected and analyzed. Using the positioning and motion sensors, distances traveled are recorded, the means of transport used are automatically recognized and specific questions are asked about the means of transport and mobility.
