New files are saved to Pictures/DocReady or Download/DocReady. DocReady preserves the original source, verifies generated files before reporting success and keeps a local list of recent outputs for convenient access.

Text extraction works with PDFs that already contain selectable text. Image-only or scanned PDFs are not OCR-processed in this version. DocReady checks measurable properties but cannot guarantee acceptance by a third-party website or organisation.
