Dough Calc is a simple pizza dough calcualtion app. It can be used in two ways:

1. Simply enter your required dough ball size and quantity, enter your bakers percentages and it will generate the required ingredient weights.

2. Enter ingredient weights from a recipe and it will generate the equivalent bakers percentages.
