DropletSteps

DropletSteps is a manual personal water log where users add water by hand, while daily progress is shown as a route-like path of droplets. Each droplet represents part of the daily goal and fills step by step.

Daily Droplet Route

The main idea of the app is a Daily Droplet Route. The daily goal is divided into 8–12 droplets, and users can see empty droplets, filled droplets, daily total, daily goal, remaining amount, and goal reached state.

Droplet Fill Logic

Water entries are stored as real ml values. The droplet path is calculated from the total amount for the day, so changing the droplet count does not damage saved records.

Quick Add & Custom Amount

Users can quickly add water with Small Cup, Glass, or Bottle. Custom amount input is also available with an optional label and value validation before saving.

Undo Last Entry

After adding water, users can use Undo. This removes the latest entry for the selected day and recalculates the droplet path, daily total, calendar, streak, and statistics.

Droplet Calendar

The calendar screen shows the month as a 7-column grid. Each day cell displays the date number, mini droplet state, and goal reached state: Empty, Started, Nearly full, or Full.

Streak & Statistics

DropletSteps shows current streak, best streak, last 7 days total, daily average, best day, goal days, total entries, and droplets filled this week. Statistics can use droplet rows, compact bars, and mini droplet strips.

DropletSteps combines manual water entries, a droplet route, quick add, undo, calendar progress, streaks, and statistics in one visual water log.
