You have to make these green pitiful creatures lurking in the darkness into living instruments of mining and production, and let their pickaxes bring profit by getting ores and minerals. They will come to you, attracted by your Cult and gold. Keep loyalty at a sufficient level if you don't want to lose your power and find an exit from this darkest Dungeon.
