DutyFlow automatically transfers a customer, patient or colleague to the colleague on duty. Doesn't it pick up? Then DutyFlow calls the next backup colleague (back guard). This way you can be sure that the caller can always go with his report. All employees can be reached via one telephone number and receive the calls on their own mobile phone. The caller immediately gets on the line with an employee or can leave a message. In the latter case, the employee on duty receives the message on his mobile phone, can prepare first and calls the caller back.
