Expert Mobile Information System

The Expert Mobile Information System, developed by the Ministry of Justice, IT Department, is online.

Our mobile application developed for the experts will provide great convenience for the experts.

Use of the Expert Expert application;

1. In order to use the expert application, you need to create a password from the address https://bilirkisi.uyap.gov.tr.

2- Select the Mobile User Actions menu under My Personal Information Menu.

3- Create the password that you use only in the Expert Mobile application.

Read and confirm the Expert Mobile contract. Check the checkbox and click the save button.

5- Open the Expert witness application and T.C. Login with the password you created with your ID number.
