MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN QUITE PLACE AND YOUR MEDIA VOLUME ON PHONE IS HIGH ENOUGH.
1. When started for the first time, the app will guide the user through a wizard to configure the user's capacity. The wizard is accessible from the main screen's top-right corner.
2. There are two exercises available in the app. Choose the exercise you want to do.
3. To learn Rhythmic Breathing, click on "i" button on top left corner of the Rhythmic Breathing button.
4. Meditation is self explanatory. So just click on "Meditation" and follow the instruction.
4. To start exercise, please click exercise name and then click on ">" button on the dialog appear on screen.
**DO NOT OVER STRETCH, KEEP YOUR BODY RELAXED ALL THE TIME.
**DO IT BEFORE EATING OR SEVERAL HOURS AFTER EATING.
