Presenting to you, India's first mobile application, "E-mini" which connects the service centers and the customers simply through their smartphones and get all the services done through the comforts of their home easily.

As a customer when you register in the application, you will see the list of all your nearest service centers that are registered with E-mini. We give you the power to sort centers by distance, ratings, service. In the centre profile, you can see all the details with these 3 options :-

1. Screen Sharing :- By this option, you can see the centre computer screen directly in your mobile phone. Not only screen sharing, you can also talk to the centre and get your work done. Thus, this was the main reason why we have to visit the service centers physically. We are solving that via technology.

2. Send Documents :- With this option, you can send any documents directly to the centre email.

3. View Payment Details :- This displays the payment modes which the particular centre that is doing your work accepts the payments. (Please Note : Payment between service centers and the customers are not facilitated through our side. This is just a display purpose of how the centre is going to receive payment.)

This is how you can get the work done though the comforts of your home.

If you are a service centers owner, then this is a one time opportunity through which you can make your center digital and provide your services not limited to a 10KM of your radius but in your entire city and state. Let's see how.

After downloading the application, select the service centers option. Afterwards app will guide you to create your complete profile. The profile is majorly divided into 3 steps :-

1. Basic details

2. Services details that you provide

3. Payment details which the customers will see and pay to you directly, not through our application

After creating the profile, you can login inside the centre portal in your PC/laptop. To login in centre portal, these are the easy instructions :-

1. Open http://eminiapp.com/centres

2. Login with the login id and password displayed in your E-mini profile inside the app dashboard.

In this portal, you will see all the incoming screen sharing requests of the customers. You can start screen sharing and get your work done.

(Please note : All the services that may require the use of biometrics and user physical presence cannot be fulfilled through E-mini. We do not advise for this.)
