E-Puskesmas Padaherang

Using it is very easy, just by logging in using your KTP number (NIK). The terms and conditions of your KTP (NIK) number are registered at the Puskemas at the attack.

For KTP Number (NIK) not yet registered in this application, Registration of KTP Number (NIK) you can contact Padaherang Public Health Center staff, because Registration for KTP Number (NIK) is done by Padaherang Health Center Officers.

How to use it, on the Login page enter your KTP Number (NIK) which has been registered at Padaherang Community Health Center, then choose the desired window, then select the Register Today button (if available) or the Tomorrow button, after registering the queue number page will appear, and estimated queue time for you. You are expected to be present at Padaherang Public Health Center before the time stated on the application, by bringing:

- Copy of KTP (3 copies)

- Copy of Family Card (KK) (3 copies)

- Copy of BPJS Card (3 copies)

- Control Card (Original)
