EAT OR NOT can help you decide whether you should get that cake or hog that burger if you are not sure what it takes to lose those calories.

EAT OR NOT features different activities ranging from sports to household chores to help you decide.

APP Features: Enter your age, weight, height, gender and activity level; based on this information we calculate your BMI and daily calorie requirement.

Suggests four kinds of activities under each category

Running : Running @ 6mph, Brisk walking, Jogging and Strolling

Biking : Biking for Leisure, Light biking, Vigoros biking and biking at Moderate pace

Sports : Ping Pong, Basketball, Boxing, Tennis

Adventure : Kayaking, Ice Skating, Hiking, Skiing

Chores : Doing Laundry, Vacuuming the house, Shoveling Snow, Cooking

Creative : Sleeping ( yes you burn calories), Watching TV (everyone loves to), Eating (why not), Sitting on toilet (of course)
