EAZYtowork's concept of keeping it simple allows people to "book" work for the following day and that day only (1 shift-up to 1 week) This simple Come & Go style will majorly benefit:

Our unique concept could save days if not weeks to both workers and employers. The reason why we are simple is the reason we are easy, you want to work, book it, you got it. Our simple job categories are easy and anyone with a hard-working mindset can do it, there is no reason to complicate it. We strongly encourage employers to give everyone a chance when it comes to short term-simple job services. Once the job on our application is advertised, it will only take potential worker 3 clicks to secure his position.

1) Clicking on the shift itself.

Once the shift is booked by 2 users it disappears from the feed list, Leaves the worker with minimum competition and instantly forwards him to our messenger system which then connects him directly in touch with the user who posted the listing . Everything afterward can be discussed within minutes for the following day.

Once the job is completed, both employer and worker are obligated to rate each others performances to ensure everything was done by the plan. Employer will also be obligated to leave a short simple reference. Example: ("Great barista skills") Leaving future employers in no doubt when engaging with mentioned person again. This system will ensure employers get maximum satisfaction before approving the booking from a worker.
