The main purpose of e-Drejtesia applications is to collect satisfaction about the services from the feedback form in the mobile applications and to enable the option of video-call support for people with disabilities within the Judical Courts of Kosovo, Free Legal Advice Agencies and Constitutional Court of Kosovo to get better services and support they need.

E-Gjykata and/or E-Drejtesia app are closed application with limited access for internal use purposes of e-gjykata.com. Through this statement, we proceed to acknowledge that no outside user data is collected besides the users we manage in our backend. There is no registration process and functionality available in the mobile app. The users who are able to login are the ones we create in our backend with limited access to the app functionalities.
