Still can’t find your keys?

efob is provided as part of a key recovery and replacement policy which provides insurance cover up to £1500 per annum. In the event that insured keys attached to your efob are lost or stolen, policyholders will be covered for key and lock replacement. Terms and Conditions can be found in your policy documentation.

Replaceable battery

Replacement batteries are provided free of charge under your Keycare Policy. New batteries will be issued at policy renewal as standard. If your battery begins to run low prior to the expiry of your policy, Keycare will automatically issue a free replacement.

NOTES

The efob app utilises Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to communicate with your efob. The maximum range is 100 ft.

The efob app utilises Location Services to record the last known location of your efob, based on your phone’s geo-location data.

Continued use of GPS or Bluetooth running in the background can significantly reduce battery life.

Works with Android devices running at least Android version 4.4.2, and have Bluetooth Low Energy support.

Before downloading, remember that the efob app only works in conjunction with an efob device and valid Keycare Insurance Policy.
