The user of the application must photograph the problem and emphasize the reason for taking the photo, while the application will automatically record the location (address), date and time of the photo, the reason for registration and finally record who sent the application. The notification system always notifies the user when a change has occurred in the application as well as their archive. The application can be used only if you are a registered user.
