Information relating to elections in Nigeria are made publicly available by the government agency saddled with electoral matters, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) but not in a very structured manner. The process of monitoring pre-election activities such as voter education, enlightenment and sensitization across the country is very manual, tedious and unorganized. Once the polls are conducted with results publicly made available, the unstructured manner in which information is delivered makes it cumbersome when one intends to analyze and generate insights for multiple areas.
