Your personal dashboard will allow you and me to stay on top of your progress and fitness journey. Including all your workout stats and physique progress in one place. Check-ins can also now be done through the app, upload your progress pictures and body tape measurements so they’re all in one place to see and we can celebrate how far you’ve come. You’ll have access to all your weekly programmed workouts in your calendar to complete, with video demos of all the exercises. I’ll be able to see every workout that is completed, all the stats of it and any comments you give.
