Daily Dashboard – The home screen of the Workforce App shows the worker a quick overview of your upcoming day, what open shifts there are for bidding and any timesheets under dispute with your supervisor. From the Daily Dashboard, you can toggle to many different screens as listed below.

My Shifts – Here you'll find your roster of upcoming shifts, including potential and unconfirmed shifts you have been assigned. You can also see all the shift details, like important notes, key site contact details, site documents, GPS directions, add-to calendar options, pay rate and more.

Availability – We know that every worker's life looks different and that last minute changes do come up. From the live availability screen, you can set your daily shift preferences which will help allocators send you the right opportunities, and adjust your availability in real-time if something comes up. You can even add notes, so allocators can better understand your shift preferences and find you more shifts that suit your life.

Released – Here you will see shifts that have been pushed out to several workers whose preferences and qualifications match the job. Simply tap on the details and accept the shift. These shifts are first in, best dressed so make sure you jump on them quickly!

Timesheets– Whether daily or weekly, GPS tracked or old school, Entire OnHire supports the timesheet process preferred by your agency. Simply fill out the digital timesheet or upload a paper copy to get paid on time.

Personal Details - Keeping your contact and payment details up to date is of the utmost importance. That's why all such details such as renewed certification or visa documents, a change of bank or superannuation details, past payslips and more can all be managed directly via the Workforce App.
