EntityDesk is the personal command center for everything you've incorporated.

If you're like a lot of solo founders, you have an LLC for the holding company, another for the active business, a C-corp you started with the intention of raising and may or may not still be using, a real-estate LLC, and one or two side projects that needed an EIN. Each one has its own articles, its own EIN letter, its own annual-report deadline, its own bank account paperwork, and its own little corner of your Google Drive.

EntityDesk pulls all of it into one app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Track every entity in one place — name, type, formation date, EIN, registered agent, jurisdiction, status.

• Members and contacts per entity — founders, advisors, directors, contractors, anyone you need to remember the name and email of two years from now.

• Encrypted document vault — drop articles of incorporation, EIN letters, operating agreements, bylaws, signed contracts, and any other PDF/DOCX. AES-256-GCM encryption at rest, organized by entity.

• Compliance and qualifications — track foreign qualifications by state, annual report due dates, BOI reporting status.

• Cap table and equity records for the entities where it matters — share classes, grants, exercise records, 83(b) timeline, valuations.

• Tax estimate tracking per entity, so you know what each one owes without rebuilding the spreadsheet every quarter.

• Meeting minutes and resolutions, with templates for the boilerplate decisions you take repeatedly.

AI THAT EARNS ITS KEEP

EntityDesk has two AI features powered by Anthropic's Claude. They're optional — you opt in once with an explicit disclaimer the first time you use one.

• AI Q&A Chat — multi-turn conversations grounded in a specific entity, document, or pasted text. Ask "what's the indemnification cap in this contract" and get a useful answer that knows what document you're talking about.

• AI Document Reviewer — single-shot structured analysis. Paste a contract, get back key terms, flagged clauses, and questions to ask. Or run it on a tax form and get the amounts explained in plain English. Or on a compliance filing and get a follow-up action list.

WHAT IT IS NOT

• Not a registered-agent service. You bring your own.

• Not legal or tax advice. The AI is a smart assistant, not a lawyer.

• Not a replacement for your accountant.

• Not a Carta competitor. The cap table feature is for the small entities your accountant doesn't model formally.

PRIVACY

No third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, no behavioral tracking. The app sends data to two places: our backend (which serves you), and — only if you opt in — Anthropic for AI features. That's it. Full privacy policy at https://entitydesk.norsehor.se/privacy.

PRICING

Free until November 2026. After that, paid tiers will be optional and the core single-entity workflow will stay free. No surprise paywalls during the launch period.
