The eNVentory application (Online Inventory Management System), namely the Inventory Management Application of PT. Anugrah Indah Barokah (PT. AIB) to monitor the stock of goods in the Warehouse online.

How to use :

1. Login using the account provided by the Admin

2. Click "Menu"> "Master"> "Item" to add item data (Limited access)

3. Click "Menu"> "Master"> "Vendor" to add vendor data (Limited access)

4. Click "Menu"> "Master"> "Vendor" to add vendor data (Limited access)

5. Click "Menu"> "Master"> "Destination" to add destination data (Limited access)

6. Click "Menu"> "Master"> "Pickup" to add pickup / vehicle data (Limited access)

7. Click "Menu"> "Process"> "Goods Receipt" to process Goods Receiving (Limited access)

8. Click "Menu"> "Process"> "Travel Letter" to proceed to the process of making a Road Mail (Limited access)

9. Click "Menu"> "History"> "Receipt of Goods" to see the history of Goods Receipt (Limited access)

10. Click "Menu"> "History"> "Travel Letters" to view the Passage history (Limited access)

11. Click "Menu"> "History"> "Activity Log" to view the Activity Log (Limited access)

12. Click "Menu"> "Report"> "Total Stock Report" to see the Total Stock Report

13. Click "Menu"> "Reports"> "Stock Reports [RPN]" to view Goods Stock Reports based on Part Number Reference

14. Click "Menu"> "Print"> "Goods Receipt" to print Goods Receipt Document

15. Click "Menu"> "Print"> "Travel Letter" to print the Road Mail Document

16. Click "Menu"> "Home"> to view the resume of stock items and Total Number of Items, and to search for item data based on Part Number / Ref Part Number / Item name / Category / Sub category

Note:

- Do not give your account to anyone

- Admin is not responsible for misuse of your account

- Report to Admin if your account is hacked
