EScape (Empowerment & Services Procurement Control) is completely web based and consists of the following modules:

1 - Form for verifying service performance,

2 - Form for managing disservice reports by the end user,

3 - Business intelligence module for interactive guided analysis via dashboard,

4 - Module for the management and control of non-conformities and corrective actions.

Through Escape, if on the one hand it is possible to automatically determine the KPIs that allow the overall progress of the contract or the company's performance to be assessed, on the other it is possible to continuously verify any type of process through the use of the software module prepared for audits (process and system).
