  - Add control over baudrate (both ESPs and BW16) and compression (ESPs devices only)
  - Prevent changing page when reading / erasing / flashing
  - Fix usbconnection crash
  Important Note: changing baudrate wont really change your perceived flash/read speed.
  Most of the duration of flah/reading is due to processing overhead.
  Consider those as compatibility settings.
