Europrotocol

Europrotocol is a mobile application developed for convenient and fast online registration of road accidents without the involvement of the police and an insurance agent. The application simplifies the process of registering an insured event and makes it accessible to all citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and non-residents.

To register an insured event, you must complete the following steps:

1. Download Mobile App: Users must download the app on their mobile devices.

2. Register: Important! To register as a resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan, you must have a registered phone number in the BMG (mobile citizen database).

3. Go through the survey stage: Users fill out a questionnaire in which they answer a number of questions necessary to verify compliance with the conditions for issuing the European protocol. This allows you to verify that the accident meets the requirements for using this service.

4. Take photographs of cars and the accident scene: To document the condition of cars during an accident, users take photographs from different sides, which are attached to the application.

5. Sign a cloud digital signature application: The application provides the ability to create a cloud electronic digital signature (EDS) using biometric authentication, thereby ensuring the security and authenticity of the application.

6. Online registration of an application: Thanks to integration with the ESBD of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the time for registering an application is up to 30 minutes in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on road accidents.

Important! It is not recommended to leave the scene of an accident until you receive a registration number. Otherwise, the application will not be accepted by the insurance company.
