You will also have access to medical telecare services in the specialties of general medicine and pediatrics, with qualified doctors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and in addition, telecare services in the specialties of psychology and nutrition with appointment scheduling within 3 business days.

No wristband or other hardware is required to get started. It works entirely from your phone with no additional setup. You keep track of all your walks and steps, whether your phone is in your hand, pocket, jacket or purse. Our app links to the Google Health app, so you can view your steps, calories, distance and active time on your smartwatch too.
