Experio is the mobile interface of the innovative WorkForce Enhancement platform designed and developed by RealTHINK.

Experio is a workforce enhancement system. It means that through a virtuous cycle made up of three phases, companies can ensure that training is increasingly effective in developing the appropriate skills for their employees to achieve business objectives.

The Training module is an ideal starting point (but not mandatory) to start the "evolutionary" cycle.

Skills are measured, training programs are tracked (both classroom and online), mentorship sessions are recorded, because learning can take place anywhere.

The Working module is the great novelty of the system. It is configured each time on the specific needs of the company and offers three great advantages: it provides a tool for collaboration and information sharing; allows you to track activities and processes that you want to monitor; stimulates collaboration and improvement thanks to an advanced gamification system.

The activities and processes tracked are "translated" by Experio in a standard format that allows analysis, comparisons, classifications to be used to support the improvement process.

The Analytics module is an essential phase of the evolutionary process as it provides an overall picture of the performance supporting the decisions.

The instrument is designed and built according to the most advanced standards of information design: for each dimension to be analyzed, the graph is chosen

more suitable data visualization.
