ExpertWill

ExpertWill prepares a UAE civil Will, from the first question to registration with the relevant authority.

Answer plain questions about your family, your property and your wishes. ExpertWill turns them into a bilingual Will in the format the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department expects, and guides you through registering it. No legal jargon, no appointments, no waiting rooms.

WHAT YOUR WILL COVERS

Your spouse or partner. Your children, and who becomes their guardian. Your property in any Emirate. Your business and shareholdings. Your wishes, named and recorded.

HOW IT WORKS

1. A short eligibility check.

2. Guided questions about you, your family and your estate.

3. Upload the identification documents needed to prepare the Will.

4. Read the finished document, in English and Arabic, before you pay.

5. Pay only once it is ready, then sign and register.

WHY EXPERTWILL

A recognised, registered Will means your decisions are the ones that count. Without one, default succession rules apply, and they may not reflect what you want for the people you love.

- Guided drafting, in plain English

- A bilingual document in the ADJD format

- Registration support with the relevant authority

- In-house team support, with a real person to talk to

- Secure document storage in your account

- Lifetime free revisions

PRICING

AED 1,499 for a single Will. AED 999 per person for couples preparing Wills together, saving AED 1,000. The ADJD court fee of AED 950 per Will is payable to the court and is not included. You pay only when your Will is ready.

WHO IT IS FOR

Non-Muslim residents of the UAE, in any Emirate, who want their estate settled under civil law rather than default rules. Expatriates, business owners, parents, and couples planning together.

SUPPORT

Questions are answered by our own team within one business day, by chat, WhatsApp, email or phone.

ExpertWill prepares and files documents and supports you through registration. It does not provide legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed lawyer where your circumstances need one.
