Reflection: AI Journal & Diary

Jan 11, 2026

Reflection 7 is our biggest update yet: a whole new design.

• Coach, rebuilt. Press Enter and Instant Chat replies on the next line of your entry, or start a Voice Call (Premium) and talk it through.
• One + button for photos, voice, scanned handwriting, templates and prompts.
• Catch up from your photos: turn missed days into entries.
• Nine color themes, in light or dark.
• Focus Mode, with ambient sound for longer sessions.
• Faster everywhere, especially in photo-heavy journals.
