Hands to Hold is the home care app for caregivers, clients and office staff. Onboarding, documents, training and compliance live in one simple place, so caregivers can get to work sooner and the office always knows who is ready.

FOR CAREGIVERS

• Apply, then finish your onboarding paperwork right in the app: tax, work eligibility, payroll and direct deposit forms.

• Upload required documents like your TB test, background check, child abuse clearance and photo ID, and see each one's approval status and expiry date.

• Complete Pennsylvania home care licensure training and tests at your own pace.

• Watch Dementia Care Training, a short video with a quiz on supporting clients living with dementia.

• Read agency policies and sign them in the app.

• When the office assigns you a visit, open it to check in and send a message about it.

• Report an incident in minutes and find the forms you need.

FOR OFFICE STAFF

• Review applications, documents and test results.

• See workforce, client and training compliance at a glance, with what is due next.

• Track incident reports, performance evaluations, client assessments and compliance logs.

• Build audit ready files for any caregiver or client, with an activity log behind every change.

FOR CLIENTS AND FAMILIES

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Sensitive details like Social Security numbers are protected, shown only to authorized office staff, and every view is logged.

Access is by invitation from your agency, and new accounts are approved by the office.
