Nimo: Anonymous Random Chat

Talk to someone new in seconds, without saying who you are.

Nimo is anonymous chat done properly: no email, no phone number, no password, no real name. Open the app, pick a nickname, and you are already talking to someone. No sign-up, no login, no social account.

CHAT WITH STRANGERS, YOUR WAY

Tap search and Nimo introduces you to someone who is online right now. If it clicks, keep going. If not, just look again — random chat starts over whenever you want.

Pick interests — music, games, movies, travel, late nights, venting — and matching starts to weigh what you have in common. A conversation that starts with a subject lasts longer.

Nobody in the queue? Leave a line on the board. Whoever comes along answers it, and the conversation starts even if you are never online at the same time.

PHOTOS THAT VANISH AFTER ONE LOOK

Send a view-once photo. The moment the other person opens it, the file is erased from the server — no copy is kept, not even for you. On Android the screen is protected against capture while the photo is open.

You can also send text, voice notes, video and stickers.

FROM STRANGER TO FRIEND

Enjoyed the conversation? Send a friend request. Once accepted, the chat becomes permanent and you no longer depend on the queue to talk.

Friendship unlocks what only exists between friends:

- Private feed — post photos and text only your friends can see

- 24-hour Status — it disappears on its own, the way it should

- Voice calls — audio goes straight between the phones whenever the network allows, and it is never recorded

- Profile picture — before friendship, everyone is an avatar

And nobody can map your friends. Not even your friends.

ANONYMOUS IS NOT JUST A WORD

- No email, no phone number, no password

- We do not store your age or date of birth

- We strip EXIF metadata from every photo before upload, which erases the coordinates of where it was taken

- No advertising SDK, no ad trackers

- One tap deletes your account and all your data, for real

Lost your phone? Keep the recovery code and your account comes back whole — chats, friends and feed. No email, no SMS.

A PLACE WORTH STAYING IN

Nimo is for adults aged 18 and over. Every conversation, post and call has report and block one tap away. We review reports within 24 hours, and anyone who appears to be a minor is suspended immediately.

No nudity, harassment, scams or violence. Do that and you lose the account.

Nimo works fully for free. The subscription adds:

- Choose to talk only to men or only to women

- Priority in the matching queue

- Unlimited friends

The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled any time, straight from Google Play.
