Count your steps, distance and calories through the day, set a daily goal, and look back on your walking habit. Carry your phone the way you already do. The app reads the low power step sensor built into your device, so counting continues in the background without draining your battery. There is no watch to pair, no account to create, and no setup beyond a few taps.

STEPS BY HOUR

See when you actually move. The hourly chart shows the steps taken in each hour of the day, so a busy commute stands apart from a quiet afternoon, and you can find the hours when you are most active. Hours that have not arrived yet are drawn faintly, so an empty evening is never confused with a lazy one.

DAILY, WEEKLY AND MONTHLY

The history screen normalises every period to a daily average, so a 28 day month and a 31 day month can be compared fairly. A straight goal line and a dashed average line sit over the bars. The period still in progress is drawn as an outline, so a week that has only started is never mistaken for a shortfall. Totals, daily averages and the share of your goal reached are shown as numbers above the chart.

GOALS AND STREAKS

Choose a daily goal you can keep, from a gentle 6,000 steps to an active 12,000. The moment you pass it, a notification lets you know and your streak grows. A day you miss resets the streak, so the number always reflects real consistency rather than good intentions.

HOW COUNTING WORKS

The app prefers the hardware step counter in your phone, which is designed for continuous low power use. If your device does not have one, it falls back to the step detector, and finally to software counting based on the accelerometer, so most phones can still track your walks.

Physical activity permission is required to read the step sensor. Notification permission is optional and is used for the ongoing step notification and the daily goal alert. Declining either one disables only that feature, and the rest of the app keeps working. If counting is not possible on your device, the home screen explains why rather than leaving you at zero.
