fairVEX

fairVEX is a video application for smartphones (and tablets) and is used by faircheck Schadenservice GmbH for on-site damage inspection via live video with additional functions.

fairVEX uses 3G / 4G or WLAN (if available) to show the damage to the responsible expert or loss adjuster based on a live stream. The claims adjuster can document the damage in his VEX web application. With the flashlight function dark areas can be visited and the pointer function simplifies communication on both sides. During the live video chat messages can also be exchanged from the app.
