In Falck Online, you can perform several services directly online. Through the app, you get access to our specialists all over the country via video calls on your mobile phone or tablet.

Online visits are a complement to physical visits or phone calls with us. In the app, there is also the possibility, in addition to advice and support calls, crisis and personnel support, to get drop-in appointments for first-day certificates and to make online bookings for certain contracted services. You download the app free of charge and log in easily using BanklD or with information you have received from us at Falck.

The online service is available on a CE-marked platform approved by the Medical Products Agency for use for medical purposes. All information is handled according to GDPR and PDL on secure servers. The video visit is not recorded and no information from the call is stored.
