It enables users to maintain a personal health record that contains crucial details such as medical history, prescription medications, and other relevant health information. This application also includes a reminder feature that alerts users when it's time to take their medication, ensuring they don't miss any doses. Additionally, the system offers appointment management, and users receive notifications two hours before their scheduled appointment to help them stay organised and avoid missing important health appointments.
