Family App: It is a smart & simple health application that captures details of care interventions of the dependents of a family member(s), viz., health vital readings, medication schedules, activity reminders, etc. It helps family members to stay updated on the care progress of their dependents. The family app also allows them to communicate (text/voice/video) with their dependants and/or care team members when required.
