FAQoff is a personal note-taking application structured exclusively in a Question and Answer (FAQ) format. It is designed to securely store memos, dates, codes, and information directly on the user's device through a strict offline-first architecture.

Technical Architecture and Privacy

Offline-First: The application is fully functional without an internet connection.

Local Storage Only: All data is saved exclusively on the device's internal storage memory.

Zero External Services: No usage of cloud services, remote servers, or external data providers.

Zero Tracking: The application does not include telemetry, user profiling, or background tracking mechanisms.

Ad-Free: No advertising networks are integrated.

Data Organization and Search

Advanced Classification: Organize information using custom Categories and custom Tags.

Visual Identifiers: Assign descriptive icons to categorize the specific type of information.

Favorites: Mark specific FAQs as "Starred" for immediate access.

Search Engine: Text and voice-activated search input.

Advanced Filters: Isolate specific notes by combining Categories, Tags, and Types.

Data Management and Export

JSON Export: Manually export the entire database in a standard JSON format.

Automated Export: Program and schedule automatic data exports.

JSON Import: Import an existing JSON archive using either "Replace" (overwriting current data) or "Merge" (combining with current data) modes.

Printable PDF: Generate A4-formatted PDF files of the saved FAQs for physical printing or sharing.

Total Deletion: A dedicated function to permanently erase all data, categories, and tags from the device.

Analytics

Statistics Panel: A dedicated dashboard displaying the exact count of total FAQs, active Categories, active Tags, and Starred entries.
