Application Flow and Core Functionality:

Login and Store Dashboard

Store users log in using secure credentials provided by Farenow. Once logged in, they are directed to the dashboard, which shows real-time order alerts, pending tasks, etc.

Receive and Accept Orders

As soon as a customer places an order, the store is notified via the app. The user can review order details including items, quantities, customer information, delivery time, and any special instructions. With one tap, the order can be accepted or declined.

Order Preparation and Update

Once accepted, the store prepares the items for delivery or pickup.

Handover to Delivery Partner
