Fast STL Add-on

Add STEP to STL conversion to your Fast STL Viewer workflow.

This companion add-on converts STEP (.step, .stp) files into STL on your Android device. Fast STL Viewer handles file selection and displays the converted model, which you can save using its STL export.

How to use

1. Install Fast STL Viewer and this add-on.

2. In your file manager, select one or more STEP files, tap Share, and choose Fast STL Viewer. Or open a STEP file within Fast STL Viewer using the STL from STEP menu.

3. Wait for conversion, then view or save the resulting STL.

Requires Fast STL Viewer. This add-on is not a standalone converter or CAD editor.

STEP conversion is experimental. Some files may not convert completely. STL output does not preserve CAD assemblies, colors or editable CAD features.

Conversion runs locally in this add-on using Open CASCADE Technology (OCCT).
